Acknowledgments

Cooperative Health Choices of Western Wisconsin (CHC) was formed in 2008 through the proactive actions of a steering committee that explored solutions to containing the rising cost of health insurance and expanding insurance as a benefit to owners and workers.

A debt of gratitude is owed to the members of the steering committee who worked tirelessly to see Cooperative Health Choices become a reality. Committee members include:

Carol Bulman, ACBC: Carol is a senior employee benefits specialist with The RiverBank Insurance Center (St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin office).

Rosanne Bump: Rosanne is the executive for the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau.

Steve Healy: Steve is a retired executive of a rural electric cooperative. He brings over 35 years of cooperative experience to CHC.

Lisa Montgomery: Lisa is the chief executive officer of the Greater Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce (Menomonie, Wisconsin).

Darcie Paradies: Darcie resides in rural New Richmond, Wisconsin and brings small business experience to the CHC board.

William (Bill) Rubin: Bill is the executive director of St. Croix Economic Development Corporation (St. Croix County, Wisconsin).

Linda Skoglund, LUTCF, RHU, CLU, ChFC: Linda is the president of J.A. Counter & Associates (New Richmond, Wisconsin).
